Michael Bousquet - Superintendent
 
Mike has been with Snow Jr., & King for 32 years, beginning as an apprentice bricklayer in 1978. Many of his years in the field were worked under the legendary Kenny Channel, who served as Mike's mentor. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Mike quickly advanced through the ranks to Assistant Foreman and then to Foreman. In 1989, Mike graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and was promoted to Operations Manager. In 1992, he became General Superintendent.

Mike has always been very much involved with apprenticeship training, teaching Blueprint reading to the apprentices for many years. In 1996, he received national recognition winning the 1996 BAC Craft Award for his efforts improving apprenticeship training withing the region. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Apprenticeship Committee.

In 2003, Mike graduated from the International Masonry Institute (IMI) Contractor College after completing the curriculum requirements in the technical and managerial aspects of masonry construction.

In 2004, Mike received certification designating him a Certified Masonry Inspector. In 2009, he became LEEDS certified.

Mike also serves as company Safety Director. He is an OSHA 500 certified safety trainer and conducts jobsite safety inspections and employee safety training.
